Pinda is absolutely amazing! I moved from California this summer and needed to find a home ASAP without personally touring it or knowing much about the area.
Pinda scheduled a half dozen or more tours at homes I was interested in and filmed her visit so I could see the inside and outside of each place.
I had very little knowledge of the area and neighborhoods,
but I knew I was in good hands with Pinda. She gave me her honest opinion of each home and the neighborhood and regularly sent me recommendations of places that fit my needs.
It felt like I had someone working 24/7 to help me secure a new home and took a lot of the time consuming details off my plate. I could focus on the packing and moving process knowing I wouldn’t miss out on a good opportunity. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and was a great advocate for me in this process.
The pandemic made finding a home even more difficult and I lost out on many homes prior to working with her and I can honestly say I am not sure if I would have found the great home I did without her. I will definitely ask for her in the future and feel confident I have found a long-term agent. Highly recommend!
